We provide shipping to most countries around the world via international express air freight at flat rates ranging from $29, regardless of the number of clocks purchased. There are, however, rural areas where we cannot ship to. If you do happen to live in one of these countries, we will contact you again to work out alternative shipping methods. While we appreciate our strong following of fellow RoIex clock lovers in the Antarctica, we do have our limitations. If you do not find your country under our country list, or if you get a message telling you we are unable to ship the item, do not hesitate to contact us! Your country may simply not be in our system.

Generally, our express shipping times are between 5-8 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped and tracking status is online. Delivery times during peak periods are expected to be delayed, but rest assured we monitor all packages and will let you know via email if there are any issues.
Customs and Duties
Due to the unique requirements of getting these products safely through customs into your hands, we will use either EMS, DHL, Aramex or alternative methods such as UK forwarding/trans-shipping at our discretion depending on where the package is ultimately headed. Our main priority is ensuring safe passage through customs, as it would be pointless if the transit duration is short but the package gets seized by customs during inspection.
Kindly note that although we will declare the packages accordingly to best avoid the taxes and duties charged by different countries, we will not be liable for these custom duties in the event that they are levied upon the package.
During customs clearance process, selection of packages for inspection is nearly always a random event, and as such out of our control.
In the event that customs seizes your package during inspection, please reach out to us first and we will advise you accordingly. Subsequently we will reship your order or provide a full refund on your purchase depending on the circumstances.
We will not be responsible for cases where there is a failed delivery due to reasons such as recipient not being present, or insufficient/incorrect address. Some couriers may attempt to contact the recipient, most will usually attempt a couple of deliveries and all couriers will hold the package at a local facility for a limited time awaiting your pick up before returning it to sender.
We will do our best to reach out to you via email when we are alerted that a delivery has failed, but if a package remains unclaimed and is eventually returned back to us, we will not be liable for the the re-shipping charges and will only reship the package at your expense.
Upon receiving your order, we will check our inventory for stock availability.
Kindly wait for us to send you (within 24 hours) a confirmation email with details on how to make payment and complete your order.
For clocks we will ship your order out after our QC process within 1 business day after receiving payment. [ We know you can't wait to get your hands on your quality dealer clocks =P ] The QC process for watches will take a longer average time of around 2-3 business days due to the more time demanding requirements for testing mechanical movements.
In the event that your order is not in stock immediately, you will receive an email from our support team advising you of further options.
Shipping time cannot be guaranteed in the case of adverse events at the DealerClocks warehouse or at any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to snowstorms, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions or a meteorite falling out of the sky.
Warranty & Repairs
We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery of your package.
These clocks and watches are inherently fragile, and although we do our best to ensure they are well packed, cases of damage sustained during transit do occur from time to time. For such cases please reach out to us and we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire product.
For any product being sent back to us, be it for replacement or for repairs/servicing etc, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.
We will however bear the subsequent cost of reshipping the order back to the customer, but we will not be able to cover any losses or seizures sustained during the course of this round-trip journey. Due to the legality of these products, these packages cannot be insured without incurring extra attention when going through the customs clearance process and thus there is no recourse for us if package is lost, missing or seized.
By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided that the product is returned in a similar unused condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged at our discretion.
